Information we receive

When you place an order, we collect the recipient name, email address, phone number, delivery address and any delivery notes you provide. PayPal also provides transaction identifiers and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card or bank account details.

Website analytics

We collect privacy-friendly usage information such as pages viewed, approximate country, referring source, device category and checkout events. We do not store raw IP addresses. An anonymous hash is used to estimate unique visitors, common automated bots are excluded, and analytics records are retained for up to 180 days.

How information is used

We use order information to process payment, arrange and track delivery, contact you about fulfillment, provide customer service, prevent fraud, maintain transaction records and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

PayPal processes payments under its own privacy terms. Hosting, delivery and customer-support providers may process limited information only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and security

Order records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer service, accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect them.

Your choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. For an order-specific privacy request, use the seller contact option in your PayPal transaction so we can verify and locate the relevant record.
