Orders and payment

Orders are accepted when PayPal confirms payment. Prices, currency, freight, availability and order totals are displayed before you approve payment. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information during checkout.

Product information

We aim to describe dimensions, colors and materials accurately. Minor color differences may occur across screens and production batches. Measurements are nominal and may vary slightly.

Delivery

The umbrella and base are shipped as separate packages. Customers are responsible for confirming that stairs, elevators, doorways and the installation area can accommodate the packages listed on the product page. We may contact you if delivery requires additional coordination.

Safe use

This product must be installed on a stable, level surface. Close and secure the umbrella during strong winds, storms, snow or when unattended. Solar and battery performance varies with sunlight, temperature and use.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact the seller promptly using the contact details shown in your PayPal transaction. Orders already dispatched may not be cancellable. Any return or refund will be handled in accordance with the policy communicated for your order and applicable law.
